Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and easy-to-understand returns and refund process. Please read through our Refund and Returns Policy to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning or exchanging an item.
1. Returns
We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the return process as smooth as possible. Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@divinegemcraft.com. A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns without an RMA number will not be processed or refunded.
2. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process. If you do not receive your refund within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
3. Non-Refundable Items
For your convenience, we have listed certain products that are non-refundable. These include:
- Custom-made or personalized items: These are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an issue with the item.
- Gift cards: Due to the nature of gift cards, these are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”: Products that are part of special promotions or clearance sales are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a wrong item or a defective product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without tracking information.
If your return is a result of an issue on our end (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will assist you with the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:
- Return the original item using our returns process.
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
This ensures that you receive the correct item and allows us to process your request more efficiently.
