REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At DIVINEGEMCRAFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at contact@divinegemcraft.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@divinegemcraft.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
